This Site is owned and operated by Filter Clear Ltd.  All of the content featured or displayed on this Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software (“Content”), is owned by Filter Clear Ltd,  its licensors or its third-party image partners.

Filter Clear Ltd is the company which owns,sells, manufactures,licences and holds patents and trademarks on the Spruce Filter™.

Use of the Site

This Site and its Content are intended for customers of Filter Clear or its product Spruce Filter™. You may not use this Site or the Content for any purpose not related to your business with the company or its product. Any use of the Content, this Site or any of its functionality for a purpose not permitted by these Terms is grounds for the immediate revocation of any usernames, passcodes or other permissions that may have been granted for use of this Site.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site, including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. You may view the Site in a web browser for private browsing purposes only. Copying the  Content into a computer cache or storage device for private on or off-line browsing purposes is also permitted. Except as explicitly permitted under this or another written licence or agreement with the company, no portion or element of this Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of Filter Clear,  its licensors or its third-party image partners. Nothing in these terms and conditions or on the Site constitutes a licence to use or copy the Content . You shall indemnify Filter Clear, its subsidiaries, its affiliates and licensors against any losses, expenses, costs or damages incurred by any or all of them as a result of your breach of these Terms or your unauthorized use of the Content or Site.

All trademarks logos and service marks (collectively, the “Trademarks”) appearing on the Site are Trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of its respective owner. Your use of the Trademarks displayed on the Site except as provided in these Terms is strictly prohibited.

The Site, like any other,  is susceptible to cyber-squatting, spoofing and vandalism.   Filter Clear does  not accept any responsibility for, nor liability in respect of any losses arising from, or information which appears on the Site as a result of, such actions.
Where the operation of the Site depends on the input of information by you, the service provided  Filter Clear us depends on, and varies according to, the accuracy of such inputted information.

We reserve the right to change these Terms, the Content displayed on this Site, any licence or product prices contained on the Site and any information or licence terms without prior notice. These Terms set out the entire agreement between Filter Clear and you relating to your use of this Site.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service.

We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us (or which is available on public registers) and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner’s Office.
